Our ‘Learn to Meditate’ Course starts January 22.

In this month-long meditation course with Ravindra Walsh, Meditation Teacher and Director of HeartPath Institute, you will be taught two meditations that open the mind and heart to the presence and power of YOUR inner strength. You will receive 1:1 instruction in this course, as well as personalized coaching in the intimate group format.

Each day we are challenged to balance and sustain our life while learning to respond to all the political, environmental and worldly issues that pull constantly pull at us! In this course you will learn:

  • Yoga for opening our body to sit pain free in meditation
  • Soothing breath techniques to deepen our practice and connect with the Heart’s bliss
  • Sacred mantras for stilling the mind and opening to our own intuition and inner guidance
  • Mindfulness practices to sustain our meditative state while engaging more fully with our daily life and all our relations

Meditation shows us how to:

The course runs for a month, and participants are encouraged to meditate daily for the 28 days of this course. Participants have access to their meditation teacher during this time for unlimited email questions, and each week we will learn from each other’s experiences in our class.

A private online group will create community and opportunities to grow and learn together.
